Since 2007, we’re been creating customised solutions for the Indian packaging industry at Unit 1, our factory in Chakan Pune.
By mid-2020, Unit 4 in Sonipat, Haryana was also operational. Together, these sprawling factories give us a steady footprint in the vital markets of western and northern India and let us service the rest of India. Always in time, of course.
Both units service clients across our range of import grades as well as from domestic majors, allowing us to offer grades not easily available in India. We stock large inventories in the form of jumbo rolls. The infrastructure lets us service MOQs beginning from 500kgs and ranging to several tons. This makes unique as a deemed mill because we successfully provide customised sizes for small, medium, and large clients. It also allows us to meet their needs across GSM, size, and quantity changes by via ready stock of jumbo reels and mill-class converting. All this comes together to form a unique business model that lets us shorten lead time from the usual 60-90 days to 1-2 days and makes us the first name our clients turn to.
The combined infrastructure across our units spans:
- A Globe Rewinder with shaftless adjustable unwind & Digital Thyrister control
- An Accura Cutter with slitting & trimming arrangement
- An Automatic Voltage Controller, a noiseless core cutter, and a full load D.G. set
- EOT crane, a forklift with roll grabber, a dock leveller, pallet trucks, and more
