FiloBowl

FiloBowl is designed to replace single-use plastic and LDPE-coated paperboard bowls used for food serving & delivery applications. The paperboard is coated with a special barrier that provides superior water, oil & grease resistant properties and comes with KIT Value 16. The base board is made of wood fibres from sustainably managed plantations and is compostable under industrial composting conditions.

  • The board is safe for direct food contact – conforming to all food compliances and regulatory validations with respect to Heavy Metals, PCP & PCBs, EU REACH, ROHS, US FDA and German BfR recommendations
  • Can be offered with FSC® Certification (FSC® C064218)

Applications

  • Bowls used for Food serving & delivery applications
  • Ideal to serve & deliver foods like Indian gravies (Chole, Sambhar, Dal, Pav Bhaji) and other greasy/liquid foods (Biryani, Pasta, Ramen, Soups)
  • Can also be used for greasy/liquid sweets (Gulab jamun, Rasgulla, Rasmalai)
